Day 2- 17th December 2008
Activity-

  • Meeting with group 2 and solving the doubts

     Follow up-

  • Arranging the field visit of Group 4 with Ghaziabad partners

 

Day 3- 18th December 2008
Activity-

  • Field Visit of all three partners of Ghaziabad except Samaj Sewa Sansthan with Group 4

    OUTPUT-

    • Sajal allotted Samaj Sewa Sansthan

    • Saurav allotted BPVS

    • Neha & Meenakshi allotted BARD and Shiv Shakti

    • Group 1 developed a MIS indicator draft and showed interest to visit field

Follow up-

  • Fixing the programme with SSS for Sajal

  • Arranging Meenakshi & Neha’s meeting with Devendra of BARD in our office

  • Arranging field visit for G-1

Day 4- 19th December 2008
Activity-

  • Field visit of Samaj Sewa Sansthan of Lohia Nagar and sent the volunteers (G-1,2 and Sajal from G-4) along with Neeraj to Yadav Nagar

  • Meeting of volunteers G-2 & Meenakshi and Neha with Devendra of BARD

  • Facilitation of G-3 volunteers with Noida partners through phone to partners and meeting with G-3

Status of Groups as on Date 19th December 2008

  • Group 1
    Status (MIS) This group submitted a draft of MIS indicators and has undergone field visit.
    From now on: I would discuss this group’s further activity with DNS tomorrow

  • Group 2
    Status (sustainability) This group has received enough inputs through field visit on 19th and discussion with Devendra.
    From now on: Now they have to do the work by their own

  • Group 3
    Status (BCC, NOIDA) This group arrived on 18th and 19th Dec and I provided them the mobile numbers of Noida partners whereas I informed the partners also about their arrival and expectations.
    From now on: Now the group has to coordinate from Noida as they reside there

  • Group 4
    Status (Case Studies/ Success stories) This group has visited the field and is facilitated fully.
    From now on: Now they have to start recording case studies and success stories

Follow Up-

  • Calling all volunteers and making them meet with D.N.Singh, making their schedule and telling them about non availability from Monday to Wednesday.

  • Finding the assumptions & remedies during their work from now on till one week.

  • Getting TSIP’s TOR and giving it to G-2

  • Getting today’s Devendra’s recording from Puneet.
