Management Trainings
Two training
programmes on the topic have been organized respectively from
7th to 9th April at Youth Hostel Agra for the partner organizations
of Agra region and on 16th and 17th April at SSK’s Ghaziabad
office for the partner agencies of Ghaziabad region. 30 participants
attended the Agra training whereas 26 participants attended the
Ghaziabad training.
Following
topics were discussed and structured exercises were carried out
during the training:
- Conceptual
understanding of Project Management in a Project Cycle
- Defining
problems and making of Problem and Objective trees
- Defining
results and how to make SMART results
- Assumptions
and risk analysis
- Indicators
and source of verifications
Small group discussions, case studies, group and individual exercises,
lectures were the methods used during these training programmes.
Detail report of these trainings in Hindi is being prepared and
shall be ready by the end of the month. During the training each
organizational teams worked out key result areas for their respective
project themes to be achieved during the year.
