Participants - Mr. K.P.Singh, GM, UPJN, Ghaziabad, Mr. R.K.Kansal, JD, UPJN, Ghaziabad, Mr. A.K. Jindal, DD, UPJN, Ghaziabad, Mr. Sunil Chaudhary, UPJN, Ghaziabad, Mr. Ravindra Singh Negi, and Mr. Rajendra Singh from PMC, New Delhi, SFA team members

The main purpose was to assess the progress of the SFA activities of 2nd quarter and to prepare the future course of action after seeking inputs from the relevant stakeholders. The review involved detailed presentation made by SFA team leader Mr. Sanjay Singh highlighting the major achievements of the quarter. SFA has circulated its quarterly report for providing details of the processes adopted for each accomplishment. The thematic discussion followed the power point which brought out the following concerns before SFA to review

• need to engage more effectively with stakeholders at the State level- through the formation of state level steering committee

• need to prepare analysis report for the three programme themes sustenance

• enhance communication with UPJN and PMC with regular update of activities etc

• emphasize upon the outputs of the partner and clearly documenting the same
